At Stephanie Ressel’s Art, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Original artwork that has been customized, commissioned, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
