Green Flower et al. - Giclée Print

This giclée print is the reproduction of a still life in watercolors with colored pencil accents. It is printed on Epson hot press paper and is a limited edition of 50.

The composition is anchored around a small blue-gray vase, which contains a bright green chrysanthemum with fine, radiating petals and a slender branch of ruscus leaves. Placed outside of the vase and balancing the composition is a brown lotus seed pod. It sits in contrast to the vibrant green of the flower, its many round holes carefully shaded to give it texture and depth. The background is left clean and white - a minimalist composition, both naturalistic and modern.
